REGULATIONS

These zoning regulations are adopted in accordance with the authority granted by the Kentucky Revised Statutes, Chapter 100, the Bullitt County Planning Commission and Fiscal Court, and the City Councils having fullfilled the requirements set forth as a pre-requisite to the adoption of these regulations.

SUBDIVISION

The Regulations are enacted in order to promote the orderly development of Bullitt County and all cities therein.
