Bullitt County Planning Commission is seeking assistance from highly qualified consultants for the purpose of a major update to the communities’ current zoning and subdivision regulations. This code update will include an overall modernization of the code to provide for improved clarity and functionality. The revisions will need to address areas of deficiency as well as conflicts with other existing codes. The regulations will need to conform with the Bullitt County 2045 Comprehensive Plan.
